Return & Refund Policy

At Yiwu Taily Technology Co., Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality medical equipment, veterinary devices, and laboratory instruments. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy includes specific conditions that differ from standard consumer retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Medical Product Notice: For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the majority of our medical consumables and single-use devices are non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Returns are only accepted in the circumstances outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions. All return requests must be submitted within the stated time window from the confirmed delivery date.

  • Product received damaged or broken
  • Wrong item shipped (our error)
  • Product significantly differs from listing
  • Defective upon first use (DOA)
  • Missing components from package
  • Sealed, unopened within 7 days

✗ Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened medical consumables
  • Single-use / disposable items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Products with expired shelf life
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Request submitted after 7 days

The 7-day return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery as recorded by the logistics carrier. For international shipments, please account for customs clearance delays when tracking delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following product categories are strictly non-returnable for health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons, regardless of condition, unless a defect is confirmed at our discretion:

  • Disposable Medical Consumables: All single-use items including breathing circuits, tracheal tubes, oxygen masks, gloves, and similar products, once opened.
  • Sterile Products: Any item that is sterile-packaged and has been opened, as sterility cannot be guaranteed after opening.
  • Sensor & Reagent Items: Oxygen sensors, CO₂ sensors, and other consumable sensors are non-returnable after installation or activation.
  • Custom-Manufactured Orders: Products produced to buyer specifications, custom-branded items, and OEM orders.
  • Hazardous Goods: Any product classified as a hazardous material for shipping purposes.
  • Software & Digital Licenses: Any software keys, firmware downloads, or digital licenses once delivered.

Anesthesia-related accessories (vaporizer fillers, keyed fill adaptors, breathing system components) are subject to additional quality inspection requirements before return approval. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if you identify any issue.

How to Submit a Return Request

Please follow these steps to initiate a return. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email william_ge@taily-tech.com with your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Provide Photo / Video Evidence

Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy. Include photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Await RMA Approval

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and issue an RMA number along with detailed return instructions if your claim is approved.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship via a trackable courier and provide us with the tracking number.

Refund or Replacement Issued

Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or send a replacement within the timeframe specified below.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error (Wrong Item / Defective / Damaged): Taily Tech will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement.
  • Buyer's Change of Mind (where eligible): The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes on the return shipment.
  • International Returns: The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper customs documentation for the return shipment. Taily Tech is not liable for items held or lost in customs during return transit.

Refund Methods & Timeline

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

T/T (Bank Transfer) 5–10 business days Refunded to the original sending account. Bank fees may apply.
Western Union 3–5 business days Recipient must provide transfer information used in original payment.
Store Credit 1–2 business days Can be applied toward future orders. No transfer fee.
Replacement Shipment Within standard lead time Shipped at no additional charge. Requires defective item return.

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of an order is returned or where items show signs of use beyond inspection. The refund amount will be communicated to you before processing.

Warranty Claims

Certain durable medical devices and equipment sold by Taily Tech may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are specified in the individual product listing or documentation. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns and may involve:

  • Repair or replacement of defective components
  • On-site technical support coordination (subject to availability)
  • Spare parts supply under warranty coverage

Warranty claims do not entitle the buyer to a full cash refund unless the product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. Contact us at william_ge@taily-tech.com for warranty claim procedures.
