Our primary port of export is YIWU (义乌), with goods typically routed through Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port for international ocean freight. Air freight is dispatched via Yiwu Airport or Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Buyers are responsible for coordinating freight forwarder pickup at the designated port under FOB terms, or for providing a destination address under DAP terms.

5

Special Shipping Requirements

Certain products in our catalog require special handling or documentation for international shipment:

  • Anesthesia Agents & Volatile Liquids: Isoflurane, Sevoflurane, and similar substances are classified as hazardous materials. Shipment requires MSDS/SDS documentation, proper UN labeling, and is subject to carrier restrictions. Please confirm availability and shipping options before ordering.
  • Medical Gas Equipment: Oxygen concentrators, ventilators, and related devices may require additional documentation for import in certain countries. Buyer is responsible for obtaining import permits.
  • Laboratory Incubators & Large Equipment: Oversized items may require special crating, forklift handling, and FCL shipping. Packaging costs may be charged separately.
  • Temperature-Sensitive Products: Certain reagents or biological materials may require temperature-controlled logistics (cold chain). Please specify requirements at time of order.
  • Dual-Use Items: Some laboratory equipment may be subject to export controls. Buyers must comply with all applicable export and import regulations.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all products can be legally imported into the destination country and that proper import licenses, health authority approvals, and customs documentation are in place before shipment.

6

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Taily Tech has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We recommend contacting your local customs authority or freight forwarder for estimated import costs prior to ordering.

  • We will accurately declare the value and description of all shipments on customs documents.
  • We do not under-declare values or misrepresent product descriptions on customs forms at buyer request.
  • Delays or costs resulting from customs holds, inspections, or documentation issues are not the responsibility of Taily Tech.

7

Shipping Damage & Loss Claims

Taily Tech packages all products with care to minimize the risk of transit damage. However, we recommend that buyers arrange appropriate cargo insurance for international shipments, particularly for high-value equipment.

In the event of shipping damage or loss:

  1. Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Photograph the damaged packaging and contents within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Contact us at william_ge@taily-tech.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  4. File a damage claim with the carrier and/or insurance provider with our documentation support.

Under FOB terms, Taily Tech's liability ends once goods are loaded onto the carrier vessel at the port of export. Damage or loss occurring during transit is the responsibility of the buyer and/or their insurer.
